Some people get frequent colds. Coughing. Sore throat and hoarseness are frequent problems. The first reason for such problems is the lack of immunity in our body. Today we are going to know an easy recipe to increase immunity and stay healthy through this post. 


Drinking this soup three days a week for winters and rainy season will show a good change in the body. We are going to know the amount of vegetable soup required for 4 people. First take 2 small pieces of ginger and peel it. Peel 10 cloves of garlic and keep it ready. 


These 2 items should be put in a small plunger and kept falling apart. For those who don't have a ginger garlic press, put it in a mixer and keep it coarse. Let it be so.  Next, dissolve 1 tablespoon of coneflower flour in a little water. It is enough to pour a teacupful of water into the flour and dissolve it.


 Now keep a pan on the stove. Pour 2 table spoon of oil. Or you can add 1 spoon of ghee. Once it is hot, first add crushed ginger and garlic paste and saute until golden brown. Next, fry 1 finely chopped onion in oil. After the onions are fried, finely chopped carrots, beans, green peas, cabbage, etc., 


you need to finely chop the vegetables you need and fry them in oil for a minute and pour 1 liter of water. Put the salt required for the soup in this place. Cover and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes. You can add mushroom and cauliflower along with these vegetables as per your choice.


 When the vegetables are cooked well, add the mixed coneflower flour again, mix it once and add it to the soup. Boil the soup on medium heat for two to three minutes. A short time before serving, add pepper according to your taste, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve and the super soup is ready. 


This soup is mild enough to drink from children to adults. Add a spoonful of chili flakes if you like. Alkaline will cause drowsiness. Give this soup to those who have fever.
