Especially now the problem of flu and cold is spreading more and more. In such cases, you should first try to cure them at home rather than going to the hospital.

Ingredients: 

Pepper – 3, spoon Cumin – 2 spoon, Cumin – 2 spoon, Fenugreek – one spoon, Tamarind – half spoon, Taniya – 2 spoon, Asparagus powder – half spoon, Garlic – 15 cloves, Chilli – 6, Onion – 20, tamarind – gooseberry size, ghee – 8 spoon, turmeric – powder half spoon, salt – one spoon.


Preparation of Medicinal Emulsion: 

First put a pan on the stove, add one spoon of pepper, half spoon of tamarind, quarter spoon of fenugreek, half spoon of cumin and half spoon of fenugreek powder and roast them well, add it to a mix jar and grind it into powder. 


Then pour 4 spoons of oil in the same pan and when the oil dries well, add two spoons of dal, two spoons of tanya, two spoons of pepper, one spoon of cumin seeds, half a spoon of fenugreek seeds and fry them well.


Then add six chillies, 7 cloves of garlic, 10 small onions and a bunch of curry leaves and saute it well. Then cool them down and add them to the mixer and grind them to a paste.


 Then again pour 4 spoons of oil in the same pan, add half a spoon of mustard and half a spoon of cumin and season it. Then add 10 small onions, 8 cloves of garlic and salt and saute well. Then add the ground spice paste and mix well. 


Then pour two tamils ​​of water suitable for the gravy and mix it. When the gravy boils well and the oil separates, add a spoonful of the ground masala powder and leave it on the stove.
