Nowadays everyone is looking for healthy food and cooking some types of food. But none of us have ever had the problem of obesity with the types of food that our forefathers traditionally ate. 


But today's generation is not at a suitable weight for their age but is very obese. To maintain health from such a problem, you can get good results by making such nutritious foods at home.


 Apart from that, even if you want to give healthy food to children, cooking such grain foods is very beneficial for the body. In this post, we are going to learn about how to make healthy wheat semolina idli.


 Ingredients:

 Wheat semolina – one cup, Onion – 1, Green chillies – 2, Mustard – half a spoon, Ula dal – half a spoon, Chickpeas – one spoon, Asparagus powder – quarter spoon, Salt – three quarter spoon, Curd – one cup, Ghee One and a half spoon, cashews – 6, small piece of ginger – 1, curry leaves – a bunch, coriander leaves – a handful.


Method:

 First, finely chop onion and green chillies. Then chop the ginger into small pieces. Then light the stove and place a pan on it. Pour one and a half spoon of ghee.


 When the pan is hot, add half a spoon of mustard and half a spoon of urad dal and season it. Then add a spoonful of dal and fry until golden brown. Then add 5 cashew nuts and fry them well and then add curry leaves and fry them.


Then add finely chopped ginger, onion and green chillies and saute well. Then add a cup of wheat semolina to these and roast well in the oven. Then add this mixture in a small vessel. 


Then add salt and asparagus powder to these and mix well, add a cup of curd and mix well. Then add half a tambourine of water and mix it well, when it becomes slightly thicker than idli dough, cover it with a plate and let it soak for 10 minutes. 


Then, if it is too thick when mixing the dough, add a little water and mix it. Then pour the idli into the idli pot and boil it and the delicious wheat semolina idli is ready.
